ordering:
PAYPAL allows us to accept payment by Visa or Mastercard so your card details are not available to the Beauty Studio for your security. This easy method of payment is very simple and your personal details are confidential. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from us. Should you not wish to pay via PAYPAL we also accept orders via email, fax or telephone. We keep all of our products online in stock if by any chance the item you wish to purchase is out of stock or is unavailable we will contact you immediately.
postage & packaging:
In most cases your order will be packed and dispatched the following business day. If this is not possible for some reason, you will be contacted via email. All deliveries will be by Australia Post (Express Post). Postage rates are as follows:
up to 500 grams $7.70
500 grams to 3kg $10.90
3 to 6 kg $21.80
Delivery within Australia should be within 2 to 5 days. Please note that we are located in regional WA so we are outside of the next day delivery for Australia Post so it will take a little longer than normal. The "Beauty Studio" takes no responsibility for loss or damage caused by the carriers of the goods. Whilst all care is taken to use delivery methods which are considered to be reliable, delivery outside Austalia relies on local carriers, over which we have no control.
return policy:
We have a 14 day return policy. Should a product not be suited to your skin (ie: you have a reaction to the product) we contact the manufacturer and a report will be filed. We will only refund your money should you have a reaction to the product.

At the "Beauty Studio" your privacy will be respected by us and we will not disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party for any reason.
